Product Spotlight: Envelope Punch Board

Good morning! It's time to spotlight one of our favorite tools, the Envelope Punch Board from We R Memory Keepers.

It's now even easier to create custom envelopes in over 60 DIFFERENT SIZES with ANY SIZE PAPER. By eliminating the need to trim and measure the paper multiple times, the Envelope Punch Board is the easiest-to-use envelope maker in the industry.

To use, simply select the envelope size, trim the paper once, and follow the grid printed on the board to punch the envelope notches. Finally, score and fold the envelope using the included bone folder, which is conveniently stored on the Envelope Punch Board itself. For an extra touch, round each corner of the envelope using the punch located on the opposite side of the tool.

For just $19.99 this is an affordable, time saving tool that you need to have! Watch the video below to get a closer look at the benefits of the Envelope Punch Board:

Using 6x6 Paper Pads: Inspiration for all Paper Crafters

Good Morning and Happy Wednesday! Today we're bringing you a few projects using 6x6 paper pads. Why you ask? What makes them so great? Well, sit back as we discuss ways to incorporate this product into your paper crafting.

SCRAPBOOKERS: We understand that you scrapbook in 8.5x11 or 12x12 sizes, making 6x6 far too small for a background page. But what about layers? On the page below, Nicole used several pieces from a 6x6 paper pad to create all the fun layers. Notice, she cut the brown floral paper in half to appear as though she used additional pieces. Since all of the colors and patterns in the pad are part of one collection, all of the guesswork is taken out of the design process.

PROJECT LIFERS: Did you know you can cut one 4x6 piece or two 3x4 pieces from one 6x6 sheet and have a 2x6 strip left over for punches, borders, and layers? Sure, you can get six 4x6 pieces from a 12x12 sheet, but that's six of the same pattern! We love the variety in a 6x6 pad, along with cheaper cost and less scraps! In the spread below, you can see how multiple patterned papers were used to fill the pockets. Do you see the middle 3x4 card that uses all those 2x6 strips? So much fun!

CARD MAKERS: We've saved the best for last! 6x6 paper pads were made FOR YOU. For all of the above statements, you could easily say, just cut a 6x6 piece from a 12x12 patterned paper. Sure... But then you would have a piece with the larger pattern. All the designs are shrunk down and sized perfectly when it comes to 6x6. In the card below, you can see how important this becomes. Instead of one large red flower, you can see the full design with lots of flowers. A smaller project calls for smaller designs, and 6x6 pads are your answer!

We hope this has inspired you to take another look at these miniature paper pads. As previously stated, they're one of Creations Galore's most treasured items. We love them in all colors, styles, and themes! Below, you can take a look at just four of our recent go-to paper pads.

Do you create with paper pads or do you mostly buy in individual sheets? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section below!

To order any of these products, simply click on the link below each item to be taken to our online store. You can see these paper pads, along with many more, in store too at 3164 Coronet Way in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Layout Tuesday: Serve & Protect

Good morning, Scrapbookers! We're so glad you've decided to join us today. We have a fun layout today, featuring a rather funny and adorable picture of our Maintenance Man and Lori's husband, Scott. He doesn't know we've scrapped this picture yet, how could we not?!

The papers and stickers in this layout are by Reminisce. We love that the double sided background paper does so much embellishing for us. We added the 4x6 photo and a 4x6 piece of coordinating paper. The sticker sheet made embellishing the layout further super easy! Just placed the border strips below the picture and around the right side for balance. One of our favorite ways to add journaling is to write or type on a few strips of paper. We still need to consult Scott for the journaling.

Which brings us to journaling... It's important, friends! And interviewing your subject can be an easy way to add it to your layouts.

Thanks for stopping by today! We'd love to see your military themed projects or layouts. Leave a link for us in the comments below or post a picture to our Facebook page!

You can find these products, along with other Air Force themed products in store or online by clicking here. We're constantly adding products to our online store, so make sure to check back often. And as always, shipping is free on orders of $50 or more!
